These Fairplay Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, Fairplay App, Fairplay ID, sports markets, games, wallet tools, offers and support services. Read these terms before you register, deposit funds or place a bet. 

By creating or using a Fairplay account, you agree to follow these terms and the policies linked from our platform. If you do not agree, stop using Fairplay. 

1. Who Can Use Fairplay

    • Users must be 18 years or older.
    • Local age and access rules must allow you to use the platform.
    • Online betting or gaming must be legal in your location.
    • Account details must be correct when requested for registration or verification.

2. Your Fairplay ID

Each Fairplay ID belongs to its registered account holder. Keep your login details private and use your account for your own activity. 

    • Do not sell, transfer or share your Fairplay ID. 
    • Do not create duplicate accounts to claim an offer or avoid an account limit. 
    • Keep your phone number, email and other required account details current. 
    • Contact official support if you notice access that you do not recognise.

3. Account Verification

Fairplay uses account checks to confirm identity, age, payment ownership and account security where required. We request only the information needed for the relevant check. 

A verification review can affect account access, deposits, withdrawals or other services until the required check finishes. Do not send altered, false or misleading documents.

4. Login and Account Security

You control access to your Fairplay ID. Use a strong password, protect OTP codes and keep payment security details private. 

Tell our support team if another person gets access to your account. We review suspicious activity and apply account controls when security requires them.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports markets show the event, selection, current odds and available stake options before confirmation. Check every part of the bet slip before you place a bet. 

    • Odds can change before confirmation. 
    • Market availability differs by sport, event and account. 
    • Live markets can open, close or pause as the event changes. 
    • A confirmed bet follows the market rules shown for that event. 
    • Settlement follows the official result and the applicable market rule.

6. Casino and Game Rules

Each casino or game title has its own rules, limits and result process. Read the game information before you play.

7. Deposits

Use only a payment route available inside your Fairplay account. The payment source must belong to you or have lawful authorisation for your use. 

    • Check the current minimum and maximum amount on the deposit screen. 
    • Follow the payment reference or instructions shown for that transaction. 
    • Do not send repeated payments when the first transaction still shows as pending. 
    • Keep your transaction reference until the balance updates.

Third-party game providers also apply technical and game rules to their titles. Fairplay account rules continue to apply while you use those games through the platform.

8. Withdrawals

Submit a withdrawal from the account route available to you. Fairplay checks the available balance, account status, payment details and any required verification before completion. 

Processing time depends on the payment method, account review and transaction status. Security, fraud checks, incomplete verification or incorrect payment details can delay or stop a request.

9. Bonuses, Offers and Promotions

Each Fairplay bonus or promotion has its own value, eligibility, validity, turnover and usage rules. The offer page controls the terms for that promotion. 

    • Claim an offer only when your account meets its rules. 
    • Do not use multiple accounts to collect the same reward. 
    • Read the qualifying deposit, market or game rules before joining. 
    • Check the expiry date and any withdrawal conditions linked to bonus funds.

Fairplay can remove promotional credit or related activity when an account breaks the offer rules or uses a promotion unfairly.

10. Fair Use and Prohibited Activity

Use Fairplay for lawful personal activity. We do not allow actions that harm the platform, other users, payment systems or market integrity. 

    • Do not use bots, scripts or unauthorised automation. 
    • Do not exploit bugs, pricing errors or technical faults. 
    • Do not attempt to manipulate a market, result or game. 
    • Do not use stolen payment details or funds linked to unlawful activity. 
    • Do not impersonate another person or submit false information. 
    • Do not attack, copy, reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.

11. Errors, Suspended Markets and Technical Problems

A technical fault, incorrect price, data error or interrupted event can affect a market or game. Fairplay reviews the relevant record and applies the market or game rule that covers the issue. 

Do not rely on an obvious display error as a valid offer or price. Contact support when your account shows a result or transaction that does not match the available record. 

12. Account Restriction or Closure

Fairplay can restrict, suspend or close an account when we find a serious security issue, fraud concern, duplicate account, prohibited activity, legal requirement or breach of these terms. 

Where a review remains open, we can limit specific account actions while we check the relevant activity. Any balance treatment follows the applicable account, payment, bonus and legal rules. 

13. Intellectual Property

Fairplay names, logos, page designs, platform content, software and other brand material belong to their respective rights holders. Do not copy, sell, reproduce or misuse protected material without permission. 

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Fairplay uses or links to services from payment providers, game providers and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy rules apply when you use their separate services. 

15. Responsible Gaming

Fairplay is for adults aged 18+ and betting involves financial risk. Set a personal budget, take breaks and do not treat betting as a source of income.

16. Changes to These Terms
